Maintenance Ticketing System

For all maintenance issues please follow this link

If you are a tenant with a maintenance issue in a property managed by Sherry FitzGerald Lettings, please follow the instructions below in order for our maintenance team to deal with your issue in a response manner.

  • You will need to click on the New Support Ticket button at the top of the page
  • Fill in your details and click submit.
  • You will receive a ticket number.
  • The ticket number will be used by the maintenance department to track the status of the issue.
  • The property owner will be informed as soon as the issue is received
  • The internal maintenance team will contact the property owner to inform him/her of the maintenance issue.
